Interrobang

INTERROBANG is the combined puncation mark of ? and !. This puncation mark is used to signify both a question and exclaimation of surprise/any other feeling. I thought that the INTERROBANG (?!) was just used by teenagers who had one day just made it up, i had no idea that there was an actual word for it nor it was a real puncuation mark. When writing the INTERROBANG it is a ? with a line to the bottom but not going past the end of it to meet the '.' I would draw it for you but i can't. Next time you have to write an essay or any other form of diplomatic writing, put in an INTERROBANG and see what you superiours say, if they question you say is is an INTERROBANG and if they don't believe you they can look it up for themselves but make sure you use it in the right context.
