Penchant

PENCHANT means to have a strong or habitual liking for something or tendency to do something.  I have a PENCHANT for writing blogs, and just writing in general. I also have a PENCHANT for going on my laptop just for the satisfaction it gives me of having something to do that is not overly important. All mothers (i would hope) have a PENCHANT for loving their child, beautiful or ugly, fat or thin, tall or short. It comes when the child breathes it's first breath, but perhaps even before then. After this no matter what the mother only wants what is best for their child.
