I've always heard this word on movies and i use it sometimes when i say to my litte brother something along the lines of "stop it you little WIPPERSNAPPER" just as a joke because i find the word funny. Anyways! so now the meaning.. a shallow or insignificant person; a whipster: also used attributively. A young and cheeky or presumptuous person. I'm a WHIPPERSNAPPER! haha a young and cheeky person, but i am pretty significant ;P haha. I'm bored and i'm making noises... is that wierd anyways,, when i'm writing these blogs it's like i am talking to myself hmmm what a lonely life i live :/ I need some holidays.. *insert dramtic deep voice here* comming soon on the 6th of april!!
