Aphorism

APHORISM: A pithy observation that contains a general truth. Interesting word... for some reason, this word reminds me of an epiphany. Don't ask me why. So APHORISM, do you ever have any? (observations that contain a general truth, that is). I don't really, i tend not to because in a way if you have an APHORISM it's like seeing someone and stereotyping them, but it turns out to be true. If you know what i mean. So, my observations in science are not APHORISMS because 9 times out of 10 I am wrong. :(. APHORISMS can happen all the time and i'm sure we have all done it once or twice in our life times and possibly not noticed. With this word, I am wondering if it is anything like deja vu? My gut tells me it's not but i'm not sure.
